Nicholas Pomeroy is a senior energy executive with over 20 years’ experience across Kazakhstan, Central Asia, and international energy markets. His work spans oil and gas, hydrogen, and energy transition projects, with a focus on strategic development, cross-border partnerships, and institutional engagement.

He has held leadership roles across international energy companies and joint ventures, and has been closely involved in the evolution of Kazakhstan’s energy sector over the past two decades. His experience combines commercial execution with a strong understanding of regulatory, institutional, and geopolitical dynamics across the region.

Nicholas is the Founder of AngloKazakh, a UK–Central Asia focused advisory platform supporting organisations engaging in complex energy and infrastructure opportunities.
